More About Me

Realtor with a Law Degree in Property and Contract Law. English and 日本語

I grew up in Tokyo, Japan and attended school there (K-12). After graduating, I received an NCAA scholarship to play soccer at Chaminade University of Honolulu and received my associates degree. For my bachelors I attended UC San Diego as well as school in Paris, France, majoring in Political Science/International Relations, with a focus on the United Nations. I then decided to attend McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento, CA. for my Juris Doctorate (JD) and clerked for the Small Claims Court in Placerville County, as well as for a couple of top corporate law firms in the Bay Area for the next six years.

In 2020, my wife and I decided to move from the Bay Area to Oceanside. After deciding that law was not for me, I thought long and hard about where my skills as a professional with knowledge of Property and Contract law could be used to help others navigate the intricacies of those fields, as well as utilize my desire to meet people from all walks of life. This ultimately led me to the field of Real Estate, earning my license and signing on with Coldwell Banker Realty the same month.

On my free time, I enjoy watching both Soccer and American football, discovering new places to visit here in Southern California, and spending time with my beautiful wife Tanya (yes, same name as my assistant but different person), our newborn girl Maya, and our four fur-babies; Simba, Nala, Mika, and Chibi.
